Sprouted Wheat cereal is an ideal food for baby and elderly people. Sprouted Wheat cereal is homemade; with no preservatives that are 100% natural, no added colour, and flavours, no added sugar and salt. It is flavoured with elaichi and almond rather than artificial flavour. Procedure

  1. Before preparing kids food sterilizes the vessel.
  2. Based on the age of the baby, prepare the texture of the porridge: Paste for 6-8 months old babies or semi-solid for 8+ months. For the paste: Mix 2 tablespoon(20 gms) of wheat cereal with 2 cups (200 ml) of milk or water. For semi-solid: Mix 2 tablespoon(20 gms) of wheat cereal with 1 cup(100 ml) of water or milk.  
  3. Add ghee, sugar or jaggery & salt as per your need for taste.
  4. Boil for 2-3 minutes to form a smooth texture.
  5. Stir well while cooking to avoid lumps.
  6. Your delicious porridge is ready to serve! Feed the child after the porridge has cooled to room temperature.
  7. You can cook wheat cereal in water and while serving you can add some milk in it.
  8. You can make spicy by tempering with coriander-cumin powder, garlic, turmeric, asafoetida, & other spices in oil. Add wheat cereal mixed with water in it and cook well.
  9. Also, you can prepare tasty roti by using wheat cereal.
